   the quote itself is explanatory in and of itself stating that doing something wrong and you wont feel good about it that is the quote and its just trying to explain a good consquence and how we all wont feel good cause we did something bad. that is the quote that is the how its just another feel good by doing good type that really docent mean anything to me nor does it really suit me.
