this statement reminds me of a typical shounen jump manga, were its training to achieve the next level to win and the will to win. its how the training it takes to win is the most important part and how not only the strong will is needed to win. this statement is how  it only takes a good amount of preparation along with a strong will to win.that is this statement how much preparation is needed to win and how that is the most important part.
