Histology specialist

Duties and responsibilities: they study tissue cells to check if they have any disease or problem with their patients. They study the samples using powerful machines that examine the samples, also perform management functions. 
Histology specialists work in hospital, veterinary, pharmacy, or research laboratories.


Salary: 22,000 - $35,000 (Histologic technicians) 
$30,000 - $50,000 (Histologists)

Education: students should take the most challenging courses in high school math science and English, students should also have an associate’s degree and have one year in the field. Students must also have a bachelor’s degree and one year internship

Reflection: do you think you would like to be a histology specialist? Why? Why not?  I wouldn’t really want to be a Histology specialist, because it seems like a lot of work with eyes and I don’t really like to strain my eyes.
